Our company was established in 1997 by the associates Helmuth Bohn and Torsten Bohn, doing business as Bohn Universa Handel GmbH, a pure trading firm. Over the years we learned to respond to Russian market needs and commenced to deliver interbranch machines and manufacturing equipment to the Russian consumer goods industry.

The fast-growing Russian market and alternatingeconomic requirements implicated a realignment of our corporate strategy, to satisfy the claims of our clients demanding technical know how, technology transfer and appropriate advice as well. As a final step to terminate the transformation process of our corporate it seemed indispensable and logically consistent to change its name in 2009 to rucons Projektentwicklungs- und Management GmbH.

We understand ourselves as active entrepreneurial advisors in the very sense of “managers advise managers”. We conceiveclaims and requirements being made on projected businesses in Russia by virtueof personal experiences. We are familiar with the Russian mentality and local circumstances be it on economical, political or administrative level.
